Hey there - let me introduce myself, 

My name is Courtney Miguel. I am a first generation Portuguese-American artist located in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Everything you see here is self-taught, sans an oil painting class I took in college (shout-out Moravian University). My art is my escape. It's the place I feel most myself. I've struggled a long time with the idea of parting with my originals, so prints felt like the perfect way to let you into my world at a reasonable price. You'll find that my art is heavily focused on landscapes, flowers, trees - anything nature related - which is pretty unsurprising since I spend my work days as a woman in STEM (biology to be exact). In a world of AI generated art, I am reminded how beautiful it is to make things by hand, to materialize the human experience - both the good and the bad. I hope these works bring you joy, or resonate with you in some way. Putting my art out there for sale is nerve-wracking to say the least, but hey it's worth a shot, right?
